Shipping & Delivery


Place of delivery


Each order placed will be delivered at the delivery address specified by the customer. This data can be changed in a later stage in the account setting. First click on “Address Book” and then go to “change shipping address”


When an address is not correctly entered incorrect deliveries can occur. It is therefore very important that they are correct.


Delivery time


Normally, all products on our website are in stock. For the smaller items there will be a delivery period of 24-48h.
When there are larger items purchased the customer will be contacted by our sales team, to make an appointment for the delivery.


If an item is not in stock, the customer will be contacted immediately.


Delivery Methods


According to the nature of the object there are different ways of delivery / collection.


1) The customer can pick up the product in our warehouse
2) Delivery is by appointment by our own transport service (for larger objects)
3) Delivery is via GLS


Delivery Costs


Delivery costs are depend on the choice of the customer.
At the end of the order, the customer will have the opportunity to select a type of delivery. The different prices will be indicated on the screen.


Acceptance of the goods


It is of high importance that the delivered package is thoroughly checked for damage. If the package is showing external damages it might be possible that the product doesn’t have damages. Therefore we always ask to check the product inside the box. If the product is damaged please refuse the parcel. For more information about this topic please refer to Article 12 in our Terms and Conditions.

SSL-certificate


Our site uses the security protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect the data you send and receive. By using a security protocol, all the data that you have entered, such as your name or your credit card number is encrypted so that third parties can not be read. Any personal information being send is encrypted.


Additional Information


Belomax.com guarantees the following:


1) The numbers of credit cards are not stored in our database.
2) Passwords are all encrypted.
3) All transactions are made through SSL connections.


Returns & Repairs


Returns


If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item. This has to be done in the first 7 days after reception of the goods.


When the customer wants to return an item, it is important that belomax.com was informed by sending an email to [email protected]. Please specify in the email which product you want to return together with a reason.


Objects can of course also be returned if they were delivered with damage. The rules how to do this can be found in our terms and conditions under Article 12.


Repairs


It may happen that a product becomes defective in time. When the product is still under the manufacturers warranty, please contact us about this and we will do our very best to solve this matter. Belomax.com will probably ask the customer to return the item to belomax.com or possibly directly to the manufacturer.

Changing an order after the checkout has been completed is impossible. We highly recommend our customer to contact belomax.com as soon as possible if this occurs.

Paying at belomax.com is possible by using the following methods:

- By paying by collection
- By cash on delivery


Prices


All prices listed on our website are in EURO including VAT. Belomax.com reserves the right to change the prices. Belomax.com can also not be held responsible for typographical errors.


Promotions


Belomax.com will do special promotions on several occasions, this from warehouse clearances to clearing our showroom models. These products cannot be returned under the 7 days cooling-off rule.


Regular customers will also have the advantage to receive a fidelity discount.


Tracking your order


You can track your order by logging into your account. You should proceed as follows. Go to "My Account" at the bottom of the homepage. After logging in you can click on "My orders".


If your order is shipped you will automatically receive a notification via email along with a tracking number of GLS. This tracking number can be entered on the website https://www.gls-group.eu/276-I-PORTAL-WEB/content/GLS/BE01/NL/5004_gls_belgium_track_trace.htm.


Update Account Information


Information on the customers account can be changed by clicking on "My Account" on the homepage. There you will find links in the "Account Summary" where you can change your details.
