Creating an account


When you are on the homepage of  "belomax.com, click the" My Account " button at the bottom left, then you will arrive in a new window. Then click on "Create Account", this listing will allow you to create a username and password to enjoy the services of the site and to be kept informed of news of products on belomax.com.


How do I access my account?


You can always access your account by clicking on the tab "My Account" at the bottom left of the home page.  Here you just need to enter your email and password.


How do I change my personal information?


Once logged in, you can change your personal information in the "Account Information", without forgetting to validate (at the bottom of the form).


Do I have to identify myself before placing an order?


If you want to order you need to login. By doing this all your previously saved setting will be loaded.


I have lost my password, what should I do?


Log in to the "My Account" link at the bottom left on the homepage, click on the link "Forgot your Password". By clicking on this link, you will have to enter your e-mail and afterwards you will receive an email notifying  your new password.


How is the wish list working?


The wish list is a popular feature of www.belomax.com. While browsing trough our product catalog, you can select products that you might like. After selecting all these products you can compare them and order your most favorable item.

Does belomax.com has a printed catalog?


There is no printed catalog, all our products are only available online, on www.belomax.com.


How to order?


When you have made a selection of products, use the add to cart button on the product page.  The shipping costs will be calculated with the checkout. This because we are using combined shipping rates.  The moment that belomax.com receives the payment you will receive an email that your item has been dispatched.


How do I view and edit my shopping  basket?


To view your shopping cart, click on it (top right of the page). When you want to delete an item, click on the cross "Remove." You can also add more items by selecting them and then increase the quantity.


Postage question


When you add an item to your cart, you can see the shipping costs for this item. The shipping costs vary depending on the number of items and the destination of your order. To obtain an estimation of the transport costs, contact our hotline on 0032 3 336 31 60


How can I enter a promotion code?


The promotion code obtained in a magazine or from our newsletter, can be inserted under the shipping field in our checkout system. Before confirming your basket.

It is important that the code being entered is exactly as indicated, including hyphens and no spaces. The advantage will directly deducted from your order.

How do I track the delivery of my package?


Immediately after sending your package, we send you an email with what is called a "tracking link”. This link allows you to see where your package is at all times.


What happens if I am not at home when the package has been offered?


In this case, a carrier of the company GLS leaves a message indicating where you can get your package in person.


Am I able to send my order to an different  address?


Yes, of course. But this is only possible before you pay the product.


The cost of returning a defective product, are they on my behalf?


First, you need to check if the product arrived is damaged completely or partially. 

In case of partially damaged goods, we will send you the damaged spare part.

If the product was completely damaged at the time of arrival, we will replace the purchased goods.


I have not (yet) received my package, why?

Is it possible to postpone the delivery date?


No, this is unfortunately not possible.


When my order includes several parcels, are they all sent together?


Yes, if your order includes several parcels, they are sent together.

The product I ordered arrived in poor condition. What can I do?


In this case, which is very regrettable, please send us an e-mail ([email protected]) as soon as possible, with attached the pictures of the goods.  So we can establish what is actually damaged. We need the pictures in order to transmit them to the production or transportation company.
Upon receipt of these photos, we will contact you shortly to find a suitable solution.


Is it possible to collect my goods in the shop belomax.com?

Am I able to return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?


Yes, you have the right to return the product within 7 days of receipt.

Please inform us the reference of the returned package as well as your full banking details (bank name, IBAN and SWIFT code) so we can arrange a refund.
