Your name, address, email address and payment data are needed to conclude and deliver your purchase; without them we cannot process your order. All other data is optional.

We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects for you. If you allow marketing cookies, Klaviyo and Google Ads use your activity in the shop to show you more relevant offers (profiling). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with partners who need it to provide our services, and only the data they need.

Mollie: Processes your payment securely.
DPD and our own transport: Receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
Our accountant and accounting software: Process invoices, in particular for business customers.
Magebit: Builds and maintains our web shop. The shop is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU).
Cloudflare: Protects the website against attacks and delivers it securely.
Microsoft: Hosts our email (Microsoft 365), including the messages you send us.
Google: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (visitor statistics, only if you allow analytics cookies), Google Ads (advertising and measuring its results, only if you allow marketing cookies), Google reCAPTCHA (protects our forms against spam) and "Log in with Google" (only if you choose it).
Klaviyo: Sends our newsletter. If you allow marketing cookies, it also uses your activity in the shop to tailor offers.
Beslist.nl: Measures orders that come from the Beslist.nl price comparison site, only if you allow marketing cookies.
Meta (Facebook): Only if you choose "Log in with Facebook". We do not use Facebook advertising tracking on this website.

These partners process your data under data processing agreements or their own privacy terms, and only for the purposes above.

Transfers Outside the EU

Google, Klaviyo, Cloudflare, Meta and Microsoft are based in the United States or may process data there. Such transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your Rights Under the GDPR

You have the following rights over your personal data:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Ask us to delete your data, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, for example for tax or warranty purposes.
Right to restriction of processing: Ask us to temporarily stop processing your data.
Right to data portability: Receive the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another company.
Right to object: Object to the processing of your data, for example for direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent: Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email or in your account. Change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

Data Security

We take your security seriously. All traffic on our website and at checkout is encrypted using TLS. When you pay, you are redirected to our payment partner Mollie, which handles the transaction securely. We do not store your card details.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary:

Orders and invoices: as long as required by Belgian accounting and tax law.
Customer account: until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Questions to customer service: as long as needed to handle your question and any related warranty claim.
IP addresses in server and security logs: only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
Cookies: as listed for each cookie under "Cookie Settings".
