We deliver to all addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands.

We like to keep things simple and transparent. Our shipping costs are based on your total order value.

  • Orders over €100: Congratulations! Your delivery is FREE.

  • Orders under €100: A standard shipping fee of €5.99 will be applied.

Delivery Times

To give you the most accurate information, the estimated delivery time for each item is displayed on the product page under "Extra Information." Most items on our website are in stock and ready to go.

How We Ship

Your order will be shipped in one of two ways, depending on its size and weight:

    1. Standard Parcels (under 30kg): Shipped via DPD.

    2. Large or Heavy Items: Delivered by our own team or an external transport service.

Standard Delivery (Items under 30kg)

For smaller items, we partner with DPD to provide fast and flexible delivery.

Here's how it works:

    1. You place your order on our website.

    2. We carefully package your items for shipping.

    3. Once your package is handed over to DPD, we will send you a tracking number.

    4. Your order status will be updated to "Shipped," and delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands typically occurs within 24 hours.

DPD Delivery: Your Questions Answered

  • Will I know when it's coming? Yes! DPD will always notify you in advance of the delivery day. If the day doesn't work for you, you can easily change your delivery options:

    • Collect from a nearby Pickup parcelshop

    • Schedule delivery for a different day

    • Have it delivered to a different address

    • Authorize delivery to a safe location

On the day of delivery, you'll get an email or SMS with a 1-hour delivery time window.

  • What if I'm not home? No problem. The DPD driver will take your package to a Pickup parcelshop near you. You'll receive a note in your mailbox and an email notification with the shop's address and the time you can pick it up. Just bring your ID. You have 7 days to collect it before it's returned to us.

  • Can I track my package? Yes. You can track your package's status at any time on www.dpd.be using your 14-digit package number.

  • What is a Pickup parcelshop? It's a local shop (part of a network of 1,500 in the Benelux) where you can pick up or send parcels. They have flexible opening hours (at least Tuesday-Saturday), so you can collect your order when it suits you. Find your nearest Pickup parcelshop here.

Delivery for Large & Heavy Items

When you order large or heavy items, we use our own transport service or a specialized external partner to ensure it arrives safely.

Here's how it works:

  • We Schedule With You: After you place your order, our customer service team will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery day.

  • Know Your Time Slot: The day before the scheduled delivery, we will contact you again with a specific 2-hour time window (e.g., between 10:00 and 12:00), so you don't have to wait around all day.

Important Delivery Information:

  • Assistance Required: For very heavy items, the driver may require assistance to unload.

  • Ground Floor Only: Please note that all deliveries are made to the ground floor of the building.

Free Click & Collect (Pickup in Temse)

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You are always welcome at our main warehouse in Temse.

How to Collect Your Order:

    1. Place Your Order: Select the items you want on our website and choose "Pick up at warehouse" during checkout.

    2. Wait for Confirmation: You will receive an email from our customer service team as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

    3. Call Ahead: This is important! Please call us at 03 336 31 60 before you leave to let us know you are coming. This ensures we have your order waiting and you won't have to wait.

    4. Pick Up: Bring your order confirmation to our warehouse, and we'll take care of the rest.

Important Pickup Details:

  • Payment: You can pay for your order online or pay with cash when you collect it.

  • We Help You Load: Don't worry about heavy lifting! Our warehouse team is happy to help you load your items into your vehicle.

  • Check Your Vehicle! Many of our products are large. We highly recommend checking the package dimensions (or calling us to ask) before you come to make sure they will fit in your car or trailer.
