Returning an Order
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Or do you wish to return all or part of your order? No problem.
If you've ordered a product from our website that you would like to send back, we are happy to help. You can return all unopened products to us within 14 days of receipt.
Step 1: Request Your Return Number
It can happen—maybe a larger item doesn't fit in the intended space, or you bought a gift for someone who already has it.
In these cases, please email us at [email protected] to request a return.
Our customer service team will then provide you with a unique return number for your order. We use this number to manage your return and any related questions, so please keep it handy.
Step 2: Understanding Return Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

Exception: We will, of course, cover the return costs if we made a mistake (e.g., a packing error) or if the product is defective.
We are happy to think with you to find the cheapest possible solution for the return. You can often take advantage of our favorable shipping rates with DPD or our freight carrier for larger items.
Step 3: Send Your Product Back
You have two options for returning your item:
1. Return the Product Yourself You are welcome to bring the product back to our distribution center in Temse.
2. Ship the Product If you prefer to ship the package yourself using a carrier of your choice, please use the following address:

Step 4: Include Your Return Form
We receive many packages at our warehouse every day. To ensure your return is processed smoothly and quickly, it is essential that you include your details inside the box.
The following information must be included alongside the returnable product:

Step 5: What Happens Next

Confirmation: As soon as we receive your package, we will send you a notification that it has arrived at our warehouse.

Assessment: Your return will then be reviewed, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We will check if the item is still in its original packaging, if all accessories are included, etc.

Refund: Once our returns department approves the return, your refund will be issued within 2 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you originally used (e.g., if you paid with Mastercard, the amount will be refunded to your Mastercard).
