Adidas Adjustable Sit-up Bench

The Adidas sit-up bench can be adjusted to either flat or inclined positions, allowing you to set the intensity of each exercise and target different muscles in your upper body. The ankle pad rotates to adapt to your leg length, and beneath the bench is an integrated rack for safely storing dumbbells between repetitions.
An adjustable bench that can be used lying flat or inclined adds dozens of exercise variations to your repertoire and can be used in various ways to train the upper and lower parts of the abdominal muscles. The more slowly you perform the exercises, the firmer and harder the muscles become, or do the exercise quickly to burn excess fat.
