Is there too much limescale in your pool water? Then you can reduce the amount of limescale with the Calc Free descaler from BSI. The amount of limescale is expressed as hardness, so the harder the water, the more limescale. With a high hardness, more limescale is deposited on the walls of your pool, in your installations and filters; with Calc Free you prevent this build-up of limescale in your pool!
Tip!: First test the hardness of your pool water with BSI Test Strips.
The dosage of the Calc Free descaler always depends on the hardness of the water:
Freshly filled pool:
- less than 200 ppm: 250 ml of product per 10 m3 of water
- ± 300 ppm: 330 ml of product per 10 m3 of water
- more than 400 ppm: 500 ml of product per 10 m3 of water
Each time you top up: 50 ml of product per 10 m3 of water
