Care Fitness - Rotating Push-Up Supports Set - Push Up Bar 2 Pieces

The rotating push-up supports from Care Fitness increase the number of options when doing push-ups.
The supports reduce the strain on the wrist joints, which makes push-ups less prone to injury. In addition, the supports provide a higher position, so a deeper stretch can be achieved and the chest and arm muscles are trained better. During these exercises the body is in a natural position and, besides the chest and arm muscles, the shoulder and core muscles are also trained. Thanks to the rotating part of the supports, extra variations can be added to the workout so that the muscles are trained from different angles.

The rotating push-up supports are supplied as a pair (two pieces) and are easy to store and take with you. The supports can be used both indoors and outdoors and are very suitable for home use. The handles are fitted with anti-slip for extra comfort.
