The playing surface is made from 25 mm MDF

Indoor tables are always made with an MDF playing surface. This gives the ball a good rebound and gives the top good sturdiness. However, a table with an MDF top must not be left outdoors, because it can absorb moisture.

The frame under the playing surface is made from a combination of steel, aluminium and zinc. This makes the frame ultra-strong.
